At Found Interiors, right now, you can find gorgeous pieces of these high quality brands that stand the test of time:

Baker
Bernhart
Hekman
Henkel Harris

Here's some information we found about Henkel Harris:

"Henkel Harris makes investment and heirloom-quality wood furniture. The pieces are well worth their hefty price tags. If you're lucky enough to find a used piece of Henkel Harris at a price that doesn't reflect appreciated value, grab it -- even if the price seems high for used furniture.

Exquisite hand carvings and lustrous finishes distinguish Henkel Harris from lesser furniture. If you find a piece with drawers, run your hand along the inside. That satiny-smooth feel comes from waxing the drawers to protect your delicate clothing.

You probably won't find Henkel Harris at a garage sale. If you do, you've found the garage sale equivalent of a winning lottery ticket. You may find it at higher-end consignment stores or at estate sales where there are no heirs -- or where the heirs don't realize what they have."

WHAT OTHER BRANDS DO YOU FIND ARE HIGH QUALITY AND STAND THE TEST OF TIME, MOVE AFTER MOVE?

Gorgeous burlap!

BURLAP, BURLAP, BURLAP!!

Everywhere I look right now I see burlap fabric. It's used on draperies, pillows, and all kinds of furniture. I love this look, and so I thought we'd delve into the subject.

Burlap fabric is made of loosely woven natural fibers. While this fabric lends itself well to rustic decor, it can also work well with a more traditional approach, particularly when used as a wall covering. Decorating with burlap offers a durable and economic alternative to more expensive home-decorating fabrics.

Colors
No longer restricted to browns and tans, burlap decorating fabric comes in a wide variety of colors, including blue, green, black, red and eggshell shades. Bright lavenders, pinks, yellows and spring greens are also available. While most burlap comes in solid colors, it is possible to find burlap fabric in striped patterns. In its natural form, burlap will generally come in a light brown or tan shade with a few interspersed flecks of dark brown.

Recycle, Upcycle, be good to our environment!

Upcycle is a relatively new term people are using to describe finding items that have been previously purchased and are now in need of another loving home.

Recycling follows the philosophy that used items can still be useful -- or provide useful materials. Upcycling aligns with this philosophy but takes it a step further, asserting that items made from recycled materials can be even more desirable than the original products.

Check out this link from HGTV showing 12 great ways to upcycle.
